 Established in 1992, Elite caters for building
owners, contractors and managers who
require their properties to be hygienically
maintained on an ongoing or once-off basis.

Since then Elite has expanded to over 1200
employees, providing total hygiene and
cleaning solutions that can be tailored to

 In 2004, Elite embarked on a programme
to transform the company into a

in which every employee of Elite is a
beneficiary, was established in 2005.

Elite is proud to have been awarded Level
Two Contributor status by the leading
empowerment rating agency, EmpowerDEX,
which qualifies us as a BEE supplier.

TRAINING
 All Elite staff undertake an induction programme
prior to entering a client’s premises. On-going
training courses covering specialized techniques
are available to Elite employees and all courses
are registered with Services SETA.

 WINDOW CLEANING
 Putting safety first, Elite uses conventional techniques and more advanced systems such
as rope access and electronically operated cradle systems — in this way, ensuring that all
areas are reached.

 CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANING
 To enhance the appearance and extend the life of carpets, Elite conducts specialised
cleaning systems, which are:
• Wet extraction
• A dual process technique
• Stain removal
• Dry powder extraction

 CHEMICAL DEEP-CLEANING
 With the use of proven chemicals, Elite combats harmful bacteria and maintains a hygienic
